Maison Fauve - Roman OVERCOAT
Cocooning, comfortable and beautifully cut, the ROMAN overcoat is a timeless piece you’ll never tire of wearing. It can also be sewn as a warmer coat in a beautiful wool and is packed with beautiful tailoring details: a centre-back inverted pleat for ease (and style), a classic collar or a more statement two-piece collar, and sleeves finished either with a tab for a structured, tailored look or a wide turned-up cuff that can be made in a contrasting fabric. Available in two lengths and two pocket options, ROMAN also features a detachable collar tab. Wear it fastened with the collar turned up to keep out the wind, or casually unbuttoned to fully embrace that quintessentially British overcoat style.

Sewing level: INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED, depending on the finish options you choose. The main technical aspects include sewing a welt pocket, inset seams and attaching the lining using the flat-lining method.
The margins of seams are included and are 1cm.

Fabric, 140 cm wide:
Long version: 34-42: 260 cm, 44-48: 300 cm, 50-52: 330 cm
120 cm of iron-on interfacing (e.g. Vlieseline G700)
Short version: 34-38: 200 cm, 40-44: 220 cm, 46-52: 260 cm
90 cm of iron-on interfacing (e.g. Vlieseline G700)
- For a contrasting version: 40 cm of fabric for the collar, lapel, and pocket
- 2 buttons of approximately 15 mm for the collar tab
- 2 buttons of 18 mm for the sleeve tabs
- For the front: 4 for the short version or 6 for the long version

- Stoffen en fournituren zijn per 10cm of per stuk geprijsd, tenzij specifiek anders aangegeven
- Kleuren kunnen afwijken op je beeldscherm. Bij twijfel over een match vraag het ons en we denken mee.
- Volg het wasadvies en lock/zigzag de knipranden voor het wassen.
- Je kunt stofstalen eenvoudig kopen via de knop, dit zijn kleine stukjes van max 5x10cm. Wil je een groter stuk bestel dan 1stuk/10cm stof.
- Op maat geknipte stoffen/fournituren kunnen niet geretourneerd worden.
- Wij verzenden ma-di-don-vrij!
- Bij verzenden maken we gebruik van gerecyclede materialen of hergebruiken we (schone) doosjes.
- De stoffen en fournituren worden verpakt in kraftpapier.
