SEAM ALLOWANCES INCLUDED

SUPPLIES: the fabric for a width of 140 cm:

• 1m50 of fabric (be careful if your fabric has a cutting direction or fittings it will be necessary to adapt the yardage)
• iron-on tape for the belt and reinforce the pocket on light fabric
• 70 cm of cord-pile
• 22 cm invisible zip
• 1 button of about 10 mm

FABRIC CHOICE:gabardine, jeans, prince of wales, light wool, thick viscose with hold, jacquard. The pattern is designed for a fabric with some elasticity.

If your fabric does not contain elastane, spandex or any other fibre that gives it some elasticity, choose the size above and check the thigh measurement.

SEAM LEVEL: Intermediate. The technical points are the laying of the piping at an angle, the fitting of the pockets and the fitting of the invisible zip. This is the perfect pattern to learn how to sew trousers.
